The main corrosion mechanism of cement clinker on the low-chrome magnesia-chrome brick and the magnesia-spinel bricks is the formation of low smelting compounds caused by the reaction between cement clinker and components in the brick. 实验研究表明:水泥熟料对低铬砖、镁铝尖晶石砖的侵蚀主要表现为水泥熟料中的CaO和砖中的M2S反应生成CMS等低熔点的化合物。
The MgO-CaO-C brick was prepared using the hydration-resistance treated magnesia-dolomite clinker as starting material. The inclusion amount and oxygen content in molten steel after using the developed MgO-CaO-C brick in ladle lining were analyzed and studied. 采用抗水化处理后的镁钙砂为原料,研制了MgO-CaO-C砖,并对使用MgO-CaO-C砖过程中钢液中夹杂数量和氧含量的变化情况进行了分析。
